Wp-Admin blank after migration

After I restore the backup the wp-admin page is blank.. I purchased the version and processed all the update and they show as active.

Also I had to reinstall the template the restore of the template left both the admin side and the site blank.

Could you send us a copy of the restoration log?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site.
