    I’m confused why the documentation for WP CLI clearly articulates support for UpdraftPlus Premium, and yet responses in these forums seem to indicate otherwise. Can someone clarify why we are unable to use updraftplus and authenticate as called out in this article?

    disregard… I believe the post that confused me only pointed out that there’s no way to download the wp-cli version of the plugin which is unfortunate when it comes to programmatically setting up a wordpress instance.

    Hi Drew,

    Thats correct, youu can install the free version using WP-CLI but not the Premium
