    In the settings for my plugin it says I am authenticated with Dropbox but I keep getting a red error that says..

    You do not appear to be authenticated with Dropbox

    I have purchased an add on folder for this site but it doesn’t appear in my updraft plus folder inside my app folder either.
    have tried de-activating the plug in and starting over but that doesn’t do anything.

    any ideas why I am getting conformation that I’m connected and getting errors that say I’m not?

    Please let me know and I will provide any other info you may need

    Hi Jimmy,

    Try this: go into the expert settings section of the UD settings page, and click on the ‘Wipe Settings’ button, and then re-create your settings.
