We have a problem updating the plugin. In February we purchased the premium for our website Confluence. But in WordPress we still get a warning:

Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.

Our backend however says: You are presently connected to an UpdraftPlus.Com account.

    What we tried so far:

    * Clicking on the backend link “If you bought new add-ons, then follow this link to refresh your connection.” did not do anything.

    * Changing our credential’s password to something wrong and saving and afterwards entering the right one did not change anything

    Hi,

Apologies. To check further on this, could you please provide us your UpdraftPlus account email?

    Regards,
    Bryle

    Hi,

    Thank you!

It appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear. If this does not happen automatically, you can refresh your connection through the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle
