I just purchased another Year of UpdraftPlus updates by 02.10.2018
and i did supply the correct Information for my account to the Plugin.
So why do i still receive the following:
Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.??
I am having the same issue. I renewed premium business level today but my site is continuing to say that my license is expired. Can you fix my licenses too?
It appears that your licences updated correctly. If you are still seeing the expired message, please could you refresh the connection to your account via the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab?
I renewed the full package with addons last November, and I’ve still been getting this same message. No matter what I do, it still won’t “see” my renewal.
Would you please fix my license ASAP so that I can update?
My order # is 244761 on Nov 25, 2017.
It’s about time I finally got rid of those annoying nag messages :)
