    I get the message “Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus.” on our staging server staging.tentaclesync.com even if Updraft says we are “presently connected”. We renewed the license on 2018-08-03 and we still have 9 activations available, one is already gone for local.tentaclesync.com (which is our *local* staging environment)

    How can I get rid of this message? I tried “If you bought new add-ons, then follow this link to refresh your connection”-link and I also tried to connect to a non-existing account, to provoke a disconnection of the existing account. But still, after passing the correct credentials afterwards Updraft says we are connected, but the message is still there…

    Apologies. It appears that your site was stuck on an old, expired licence.

    I have updated your licences to correctly reflect your renewal.
    Please could you refresh the connection to your account now?

    @Jerry, Your licenses appear to have updated correctly. Please could you use the ‘refresh your connection’ link in the Premium/Extensions tab?

    Hi there, me too I have this issue. As I learned, you only need to update the license(s).
    (Well, in some cases it worked, in some not.)

    , It appears that some sites were on an expired license that expired last year. I have adjusted your licenses to bring those sites to the current set.
