Hello,
I get this message on my site:
Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.But I already purchased a new license a few months ago, and my my URL was added to the license.
Can you help me?

It appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
I have adjusted your licences, so the renewal message should now disappear. If this does not happen automatically, you can refresh your connection through the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab.Regards,

We have reviewed the account and it shows that you have UpdraftPlus Premium Expired updates subscription last July 09, 2020.

On your account it shows an active subscription for UpdraftVault Storage and it has automatically renewed. However, your UpdraftPlus Premium has not been renewed since you’ve opted for ‘Manual’ renewal.

Same thing is happening to my account. I already renewed my premium license and it is ‘active’ in my account view. But I still got a message ‘Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.’
I used FTP to update plugin and it seemed update was successful. My plugin version is 2.16.43.0. But still got same message to tell me to renew.
Today, I found that there is new update. But I couldn’t update. Do I need to use FTP again?
I am afraid that your licencing server did not recognise my purchase as a renewal
