Leading WordPress plugin developers UpdraftPlus enter the WooCommerce space with the acquisition of the highly rated ‘WP Overnight’ business.

UpdraftPlus, a WordPress plugin business with over 5 million installations worldwide, has acquired WP Overnight, a highly regarded Netherlands based developer of WooCommerce addons. The acquisition is the first for UpdraftPlus in the WooCommerce space, and their second acquisition in 17 months, following the purchase of WordPress plugin ‘All-In-One Security’ in August 2021.
