    Hi,

    I tried to use the send, receive a backup feature of updraft plus from a2hosting to GoDaddy, but it didn’t work.

    I guess the error was received zero response from the server.

    Could you please look into it.

    Hi,

    Could you send a copy of the backup log that was generated on the sending site? You should be able to find this log in the ‘Existing Backups’ tab. You can use an online service such as pastebin.com and posts a link.

    The most likely cause of this sort of error is a firewall is blocking the connection. You will need to ask your hosts if they blocked the connection, and if they can allow it through.

    If not, the easiest solution is to manually transfer the files, as shown in Step 3 of this guide
