The site I want to use my own Mothership on blocks the entire front-end with 301 redirects. The Mothership site should be seriously secured and locked down IMHO.
I understand having UpdraftCentral viewable for certain roles on a Page in the front-end, but please have the default Administrator behind /wp-admin/admin.php?page=updraft-central or nearby. It’s just sane security.
Hi,
The assumption behind your idea seems to be that the WP back-end is inherently more secure than the WP front-end. Can you explain more about why you believe that? Why not just 301 all your front-end pages except the dashboard page? Or 301 for all non-logged-in users?
