Hi.
1) I just purchased UpdraftPlus again after the renewal period, and the plugin and WordPress are connected as they were before. Still I have this warning on top of the plugins page:
“Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.”
2) According to this page https://updraftplus.com/my-account/my-add-ons-and-support/ I should be able to install/activate the add-on “UpdraftPlus : Migrate a WordPress site to a different location.”. I am not. The link illustrated here: https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/#claimaddon does not appear anywhere.
This is too complicated and should be really simple!

I have adjusted the licence server now, so that it recognises your purchase as a renewal. There’s no need to de-install or re-install anything… if you’ve not de-installed anything, then just go to the ‘Updates’ page, and there should be an update available for UD there.

I have adjusted your licences and removed the development sites that no longer exist.

all works now. Thanks.
also, I’ve notice that my renewal was eligible to 40% discount, but I forgot to add the code during the purchase. Would it be possible to apply it now?
Thanks
NorbertAugust 8, 2016 at 3:25 pm #167217Dee NutbourneModeratorHi Norbert,
Could you open a ticket through our Customer Support Form? We can then start a partial refund on your purchase.
(The support form itself displays on that page after clicking ‘search’)

August 30, 2016 at 10:56 pm #170685udadminKeymasterHi James,
Please can you fill out this form? It will take the details of which site the problem is on, and other relevant things so that we can investigate: https://updraftplus.com/paid-support-requests/
Many thanks,

Depending exactly on which pages you visit, WordPress only checks for available updates every 12 or 24 hours.

I am having the same problem. I have just renewed my subscription and I am still getting the following message.
Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.

“Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.”I’ve spent an hour trying to figure this out, and no luck.
Thank you!
