    I bought updraft-plus just a few hours ago.
    But unlickly, I realized my website is a little unique and updraft-plus didn’t support it after I installed.
    I tried to use it but no way

    can you help me? so, I want to get refund.

    Hi,

    What about your Website makes it unsuitable for backing up using UpdraftPlus (I am just wondering if it is something that I could help you with?)

    thank you for prompt replay

    I used ‘mang board’ which is Korean board.
    Mangboard used different prefix for DB. so free version cannot cover it.
    Because updraft free version backup for only core db.

    So I tried again after I paid for updraft.
    but there is one more problem.

    I requested to costermize the board and db for some special fuction.

    I don’t know the reason.

    but when I try to make a clone and try to make back up and restore, all my trying was fail.
    the fuction didn’t be included.

    thank you for your concern!!
    maybe I have to request to hosting company for move or make a clone.

    The first thing I notice is that you have not activated the Premium features.
    Can you install Premium using this guide: https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/
    Please follow all of the instructions (sometimes people miss the last steps which are needed to activate your add ons)
    In the settings tab you then need to check this option: https://snipboard.io/6nuNlP.jpg
    Then press “Save”
    This should mean all tables are backed up.
    First of all would you be able to send backup log from the backup/restore tab.
    I do think we can get this working for you if you would be willing to work with us?
