My live site has Updraft Plus running on it, added by my original dev and it’s saving backups to Amazon S3. Seeing that it had functionality for migrating the site, I paid for the plugin to add it to my new hosting to help with the migration. I’ve installed Updraft Plus on my new wordpress site and connected it to my account.

On my original site, if I click the Migrate tab it has the button “Send Backup to another site” which then asks me for a site key. When I go to my new WordPress site and click Migrate, there is no section with those buttons “Restore from an existing..”, “Send a backup to another site” or “Receive Backup”. Instead it has “Do you want to migrate or clone/duplicate a site? Then, try out our “Migrator” add-on which can perform a direct site-to-site migration. After using it once, you’ll have saved the purchase price compared to the time needed to copy a site by hand.

I paid for Updraft Plus as all indications pointed to that’s what I needed to be able to migrate my site.
    What am I missing?

    Hello,

When you connected to your account on your new WordPress site did you activate the add-ons as per step #5 on this link?

    Best,

    Paul

Doh. I missed the very last step. The options are all there now.
    Thanks Paul!
