    Upgraded from a Personal license to a Business license. I have followed the FAQ answer to the upgrade question and have reinstalled a fresh download from UpdraftPlus. The Backup will no longer allow commenting. Attempting to reconnect to OneDrive will bring up an Updraft Premium ad page.

    Your FAQ page, https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/, is way out of date and bears no resemblance to https://staging14.jimrweb.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=updraftplus&tab=addons after step 5.

    Hi,

    Can you reconnect the plugin to our license server and activate add-on in the “Premium/Extensions” tab. Let me know if problem persists.

    Okay! I found the “activate” in the chain of ads I saw. I was looking for a link in the body of the page. I’ve got it activated now and all is good. Thanks. You can close the ticket.
