Clone/Restore stuck on "Processing…"

    Just like the user in this thread, https://updraftplus.com/forums/topic/migratingbackup-stuck-on-processing/, my attempt to clone to a new site server using “Restore” gets stuck on a screen that merely says:

    – – –

    Restore backup from: Jun 02, 2017 14:55 (backup set imported from remote location)

    Retrieving (if necessary) and preparing backup files…

    Processing…

    – – –

    I’ve used the Developer Tools Console and get this error message from Chrome browser:

    Any suggestions on how to get around this?

    Hi Patrick,

    It appears that the migration process is being killed off while retrieving backup files.

    To determine the cause of the error, could you (or your hosts/server admin) check the PHP error logs? These logs should contain a record of the exact error.
