    OK, so I purchased UpdraftPlus : All addons and I’m supposed to have unlimited access to the migratory plugin which is awesome… however… how and where the %&$# do I go to download or access it? I have wasted the better part of an hour looking through my emails for a link, my profile page for a link, the UpdraftPlus downloaded folder for a file and all I’m getting is ‘no joy’… I need to access this now but now I’m going to have to wait ‘according to what I read’ up to three days for a response and that means I’m screwed and I’m going to have a pissed off client if I don’t have something resolved by Saturday when his existing plan will end.

    Why is it so damn hard to find and/or download that plugin without paying for it ‘again’

    Hi,

    To install UpdraftPlus Premium licence, you will to download a copy of the plugin from our install guide here – https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/

    After install, you will need to connect the plugin to UpdraftPlus.com by entering your username and password in the ‘Premium/Extensions’ tab. Then, activate the add-ons and update the plugin to complete the install process.

    I know that but I thought the migrator plugin was stand alone with unlimited licenses when you need to migrate a site. If I install the primium plugin on another site it will wipe out my license. Do I understand that wrong?

    Hi,

    The Migrator does come with an unlimited number of licenses.

    At Step 4 of the installation guide, instead of using the activation link for ‘All Add-ons’, find the ‘Migrator’ add-on section.

    You should find an activation link here, which will activate only the Migrator.
