Hi, I have the same problem! Why is this so difficult!!? Other pug-ins update with a serial code… I’ve spent far too much time on somethig that should be simple. I want money back or an answer in 24 hours

At what step of the installation guide does the installation fail?
https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/If, when attempting the activation update, you are taken to the Updates page but no update takes place, please could you try temporarily deactivating the other plugins on the site and following the link again?
