Hi, i am trying to clone/restore or migrate my site from a local server to a dedicated hosted server. I have emailed support but seems like it takes 24hrs for each response.
I have eventually, after trying migration, managed to do a restore to the new site but some of the customisations are missing, if someone from support could give me some help i would appreciate it, sorry for duplicating but in this era I dont expect to have to wait 24hrs for each of my replies.

I’m not part of front-line support – someone from there will be along in due time. I’m closing this thread so that the duplicate doesn’t hold up front-line support. I’ve searched your ticket history, and see that you posted a ticket yesterday and received a reply 15 minutes later. You replied to that this morning, now 6 hours ago, and somebody will get round to that later today as they work through the queue. When you’re talking about 24 hours, I think you must be confusing us with somebody else!
