I’m not part of front-line support – someone from there will be along in due time. I’m closing this thread so that the duplicate doesn’t hold up front-line support. I’ve searched your ticket history, and see that you posted a ticket yesterday and received a reply 15 minutes later. You replied to that this morning, now 6 hours ago, and somebody will get round to that later today as they work through the queue. When you’re talking about 24 hours, I think you must be confusing us with somebody else!
