Sorry about the delay.
I’ve been looking into this for you and have refunded your tokens.
Looking at the clone log I can see various clones have been booted and then removed due to the backup either failing or the stop button being pressed.
To help with support, if you want to create a clone of a site you have and the backup is failing could you send us the log file for that failed backup, so I can check why it is failing.
The log contents will be to long here but you can use a service like pastebin.
If your booting a blank clone you should be sent a username and password not a one time login link, the blank clone doesn’t exist in your account and has been removed, if you want to boot a blank clone could you try again?
Then if the same happens, ensure you keep the clone running and inform me here I can then take a look at it and work out whats gone wrong.
