Hi,
I’ve just created a fresh install on a clone token (please note, this is NOT a clone of an existing site) and clicked on the one-time login link but it’s not logged me in. I can’t reset the password on it as I’ve been given no login credentials to start with. By the time I get a response from support most of my time for using the clone will have passed, so I’ll have wasted one of my tokens. :(
I did want to create a clone of my site but after about 4 hours the back up has stuck on sending the data to the clone. Not having a positive experience so far.
September 25, 2019 at 2:56 pm #438602KWHk9sParticipantI’ve now had notification that the clone of my live site is ready to use. It’s not a clone of my live site, it’s a second blank install – that I can’t log into. Another token gone!

Sorry about the delay.
I’ve been looking into this for you and have refunded your tokens.
Looking at the clone log I can see various clones have been booted and then removed due to the backup either failing or the stop button being pressed.
To help with support, if you want to create a clone of a site you have and the backup is failing could you send us the log file for that failed backup, so I can check why it is failing.
The log contents will be to long here but you can use a service like pastebin.
If your booting a blank clone you should be sent a username and password not a one time login link, the blank clone doesn’t exist in your account and has been removed, if you want to boot a blank clone could you try again?
Then if the same happens, ensure you keep the clone running and inform me here I can then take a look at it and work out whats gone wrong.
