    Hello i got a multisite host with 3 websites on it.
    I got multiple errors 500 and database connection error.
    When i disabled updraft plus there was no more problem.

    Do you know why updraft plus makes me errors?

    Can it be related to many many save on my dropbox ?

    I just tried to reinstall updraftplus, once it get installed, when i try to reach setting of updraft, i get error 500

    Hi,

    A ‘500 error’ is a generic error code that indicates that ‘something’ has gone wrong on the server itself.

    You could contact your hosts/server admin and ask them to check the PHP error logs. The logs should contain further information on the exact error that is occurring.

    There is nothing in log. i just can’t access to the plugin options / settings

    It’s complicated to show you because it make my website really slow and i got customers on it.
    but here is the message

    Just “Internal Server Error” error 500.

    it appears only when i try to access to settings of Updraft.

    Hello again, i just tried to desactivate all plugin then activate one by one.

    Hi Benjamin,

    Sorry, I should have been more clear. Deactivate all except UpdraftPlus and activate the plugins one by one so you know which plugin is causing conflict with UpdraftPlus.

    Try asking your host/server admin to check the PHP error log, it should show some info as to what is causing the server to go down.

    Hello with my host provider i did all things to get my server better. But now the updraftplus problem is still here. when i install it, everything is ok but when i try to access to settings i get error 500. maybe i need to get a clean uninstall of updraftplus, how can i do that ?

    Hello Bryle,
    It’s possible, i will give you the access monday or tuesday. updraft is desactivate you just have to activate it and test. Because for now the site is stable, if i activate it i don’t want the website to be down again.

    Hi Benjamin,

    Apologies for the delay.

    Once I activate the plugin, will it lock me out of the website?
    I can see that this is a live site. Can I clone it to our server and do the tests? Just to see if it has something to do with the server.
