    Hi Benjamin,

    Sorry, I just went ahead and tested to see if for myself. I am getting the same issue.
    Is it okay to clone the website to our server and test?

    Hi Benjamin,

    Apologies for the delay.

    I can’t easily clone the website by the way because the server just goes down after activating UpdraftPlus.
    I know I have asked you before about checking the PHP error log and you said that it was empty. It is possible that the log is not enabled. Can you please ask your host to enable it? Once enabled, we can try activating UpdraftPlus again. We should be able to see the exact cause of the issue from the PHP error log.

    I activate it but for now nothing in log. However i’ve had an error 500

    Hi Benjamin,

    Do you manage your own server or you are serving your website from a hosting company?
    As mentioned previously, 500 error codes are server-side errors and server admin should be able to tell what is causing this issue.

    Hi Benjamin,

    I’m not sure why your host does not have any log on their server. Can you ask them to enable PHP error log? So we can trace what is causing the site to show 500 error.
