    Hi,

    I’ve just setup a couple of new sites with Updraft Backup – This is the first time in a few months I’ve done this but appears to be different to which options I’m used to seeing, I have a paid sub for full features.

    Previously there was an option to connect my premium account and activate all add-ons, now I don’t see this and only have options to upgrade which takes me to the updraft website.

    any clues?

    Hi Richard,

    If you’ve got no add-ons tab, then you’ve accidentally installed the free version from wordpress.org – de-install it.

    You can get the full version to install from your account page, here: https://updraftplus.com/my-account/

    Or, there’s a longer route via activating the add-ons, via the download here: https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/
