[Existing feature] Ability to select specific backup type (theme, uploads, core, etc)

It would be great to be able to select the type of backup needed, instead of having to backup everything when selecting manual backup procedures.    For large websites, it takes a lot of server resources to complete, so the selection of the required elements would reduce all efforts done by the premium plugin.

It also would be great to be able to schedule backups per type (uploads = once a week) (core = one a month) (database = every day) etc….
