Hi,
I’ve started playing with Updraft Central. I can see it is a work in progress but it has potential.
Three Ideas:
1 – Update All. At present you have to go to every site, and click each nad every update to force it to update. Clicking an install all would be great. Either all plug ins for one site or even better, all plug ins for all sites.
2 – Because I am only able to backup one plug in at a time I get the auto backup occurring every time I push update. E.g WordPress, Contact Form 7, Updraft and WP-SEO all need updating. I click the button for WordPress. Auto backs up then installs. Then I click for Contact Form 7, it auto backs up and then installs etc. 4 plugs ins = four backups. Better to do one backup then have the option of update without auto backup
3 – Your WP Script Command Line product looks awesome. I’ need time to test it but if it works like it looks like it might then being able to select lists of sites, lists of plug ins and run scripts from that product. Very cool. e.g Select all sites, install plugin X in all sites. Then hopefully put in the settings.
Hi,
Thank you for the feedback. This feature has subsequently become part of UpdraftCentral.
