I’d like to request support for BackBlaze’s Object Lock Feature
“Object Lock is a feature that makes data immutable by preventing a file from being changed or deleted until a given date. This helps to protect files stored in Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage from threats like ransomware which could potentially encrypt or remove files you intend to keep.”
I think this would be very helpful for if attackers managed to gain access to the admin side of the wordpress site, they could try and delete backups all they want but BackBlaze would prevent the deletion of the files for X number of days.
Suggested durations for a dropdown list 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and a “chose the number of days” with a warning that says there is no way to delete the files and they will still need to pay to store the files.

This is a clever idea from BackBlaze. We are looking into implementation details.
This has been assigned for implementation.
