I have not seen the WordPress implementation of Central but I would hope the mothership (if that is the right term for an UpdraftCentral WB-based control instance) would have a main page assimilating dashboard metrics and updraft control and reporting info. Not dissimilar from the current implementation with a main dashboard/macro-view page summarizing the status of each of the sites under management (URL, last backup, success/failure, log file link, frequency, next backup, target, etc…) and a tabbed structure for config management (Settings/Updraftplus/settings) of each of the sites under management.
I could see how not being logged directly into each of the sites ‘tabs’ for config changes without launching each site seperately could be an issue, but if WordPress.com (MySites view) via Jetpack can do it, maybe you can can too.
