Enable custom settings for UpdraftCentral Mothership

I’d like to be able to change some of the behaviours of the self-install version of UpdraftCentral – but there’s currently no settings menu to make it easy to do so.

For example:
– Changing the colour scheme to better fit my Mothership theme (I currently have to do this via a custom CSS file in my theme)
– Managing how error messages are displayed (there’s currently a mix of lightbox/overlay displays and displays above the management items)
