[Problematic] Mega.nz integration

Hi guys,

I’ve been using Mega.nz and it’s pretty much amazing storage, wery well coded. It would be great if we could use it with the beloved UpdraftPlus.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the feedback. At this stage, it’s very unlikely. Mega have never (to date) shown any interest in supporting PHP developers. There’s no official PHP SDK, and the documentation/SDKs they do have are geared towards media rather than things like backups. We’ve had experiences in the past of developing for storage providers who seemed not to fully be encouraging our sort of product, or otherwise heading in another direction (e.g. Bitcasa) and we ended up losing a lot of time investment.

    I’ve been wanting this too.. MegaNZ have one of the cheapest storage drive. So, I look forward to having this feature as well.

    Hi, I vote up for this option.
    Please try to get contact to mega.nz the website is really affordable to small businesses/induviduals. I think if you as UpdraftPlus want to get more users you should support this storage option of mega.nz and find a way to develop an extension for it.

    IDEM I love Mega and is very cheap and powerful. I have also contacted their customer services to create this wonderful integration 🤞
