I spent all this time carefully completing the support form and explaining my issue. I made the mistake of actually clicking on the “terms and conditions” link and it took me to a new page. When I returned I HAD TO START OVER. What?! How infuriating!
Please make the “terms and conditions” link open in a new window or pop-out or something. Or make us read it before we take all the time to explain our problem
