Overwrite Previous Backups When Remote Storage is Full

When the remote storage becomes full, the backup fails. There is an option to set a number of backups to keep before overwriting, but as the website grows over time, this option needs to be constantly adjusted. Add a way to overwrite previous backups regardless of how many are on the remote storage.
