Add-on activation not possible

I recently purchased a renewal of my add-on, but although I refreshed the connection to my account through the UpdraftPlus Premium/Extensions tab, I’m not getting the activation tab? So I’m not able to activate my add-on. On the Premium/Extension tab it says it’s the latest version but also I still get the message that my license has expired. Looks like I’m somehow stuck with the old license.

Apologies, it appears that our licencing server did not recognise your purchase as a renewal.
I have now adjusted your licence to correctly reflect your purchase.

Please could you refresh the connection to your account again?

hello,

I think that I have the same problem. I cannot activate updraft on my website. I tried to desinstall and re-install but it doesn’t work. pls could you help me.

Hi Jean-Jacques,

It appears that your licenses have been assigned to your sites.
If you do not see the update link to activate your add-ons, please can you try temporarily deactivating the other plugins on the site? Do you see the update link appear in the UpdraftPlus settings page?
