After Migration/Restore, cannot log into Word Press?

I did a restore on a new site. On the new site, I installed WP, then purchased the Updraft Migration Tool. I then downloaded the ZIP and installed the Update plug in WP. I did a restore (this was a FULL BACKUP).

Now I can no longer access WP?

I’m hoping this is just me, because the DIR changed as well. The old directory was esaproductmanager.com/wordpress/ and the new directory is httpdocs with new WordPress in httpdocs.

Is that the issue? Thanks

When I migrated from one site to another, the login details were migrated also, so i logged in with the details from my source site. Hope this helps

Hi John,

Apologies for the delay.

Please could you send us a copy of the restoration log file? This can be found in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of the new site via FTP.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

What do you see when you attempt to access WP Admin for the new site?
