    Hi Paul,

    Can you post a screenshot? You can tick the ‘Set as private reply’ checkbox, and then it is only visible to our staff.

    You can post a screenshot using something like https://snag.gy

    Hi Paul,

    It appears that your site’s IP address was blocked by our CDN.
    I have unblocked the IP address in question.

    Please could you try re-authorising the plugin with OneDrive?
