Automatically delete backup Updraft Vault

Hi there,

I got paid 15 GB Updraft Vault and automatically let backup to it every week. As my site backup is 3.9 GB big every third backup I have to delete the oldest 1 or two backups manually. For this I first have to hit “update remote backups” in WordPress…have to wait, then have to tick each backup and hit delete, and wait…

Otherwise I get “your vault is full” and no backup is made.

That´s really annoying and I hope there is an automatic solution for it?
Can you help?

Hi,

UpdraftPlus needs to create and send the backups to your remote storage first before deleting/pruning your old backups. The best solution to that is to increase your storage or reduce the backup retention.

That can be set in the UpdraftPlus “Settings” tab.
