Back up files not showing even after rescan

Hi,

I have uploaded my files for backup and hit rescan but not happens, I even tried
uploading the files directly in the updrafts folder using ftp but still
not happens.

Need help here.

Hi Slado,

Could you run the following test with your browser’s developer tools?

• In your browser, open your Developer Tools (instructions on how to do this for each major browser can be found here)
• Open the ‘Console’ tab if it is not already open
• Reload the page and attempt to upload the backups and re-scan local storage

Do you see any errors appear in the developer console? Could you send us a copy or screenshot of those errors? You can set your reply to private if you prefer.
