Back up not successful and hanging up

Hi – when I back up my wp website (www.newenglandretail.com) and backup hangs up and then terminates after a long while. Below is the log file. it is now 14:10pm EST and the back up has been hung up since 13:41:33 EST. I previously had the free version which did the same thing so I upgraded to the Business Premium version thinking that would fix the problem. Please help. Thanks!

Hi,

It shows that the backup process is timed out or killed off.

Could you try to reduce the backup archive split size. This will split the backup into smaller, more manageable files.

To do this, open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and find the ‘split backups every’ option. Set this to 25mb, save your settings and run a new process.

If the issue persists, please ask your hosts/server admin to investigate their PHP error logs. These logs should contain more information on the exact issue that is causing the backup process to halt.

This didn’t fix the problem. It still times out. I am server admin but I don’t know how to view the php error logs. We are a small company and this website was made for us by a former employee. Can you help me or should I cancel the Updraftplus subscription? My host is Godaddy who updates our website twice a day so your service is redundant but I don’t mind the extra backups as long as they work.

Please can you provide us a copy of the latest backup log?
Just to see if there is an improvement after the archive is reduced to 25Mb.
Do you have a Managed WordPress plan with Godaddy?
