    Hi

    I am having a problem with backups which do not finish

    I have tried at various chunk sizes, currently 100mb, to no avail

    Can you help?

    Hi Stephen,

    It appears that the backup is being timed out. However, the backup should resume after approximately 5 minutes after being timed out.

    Does this happen if you leave the UpdraftPlus window open during a backup?

    Thanks for your reply.
    I can confirm that it backs up OK when window left open
    I have changed max_execution_time in php to 600 (as per your advice in another post) and will see if this helps with my regular backup tonight

    This seems to have been solved by changing max_execution_time in php to 600 (as per your advice in another post)
