Backups do not appear in S3 folder

    Hello,
    I use Updrafts Plus on 100+ clients, all backing up to their respective folders in my Amazon S3 bucket. Everything is working fine.

    Today I discovered that for one client – rosedaleconservancy.org – the files are missing.

    I doubled checked the backup settings and files are configured to go to: S3://bucketname/Rosedale
    I tested the settings and message says: S3 settings test result: Success: Region: us-west-2: We accessed the bucket, and were able to create files within it. The communication with Amazon S3 was encrypted.

    However, when I navigate to that folder, there are only files from Jan, Feb, and March. And no files since March.
    I finally found the backup files from Sept and Oct on the web host server in: /public_html/wp-content/updraft

    I can’t figure out why the files are going to the host server when they are configured to go to Amazon S3.
    How do I troubleshoot this?
