Backups Failing on Multiple Sites

We are using updraft + on 2 client sites and neither sites backup are saving or uploading. Both are configured to use FTP backup and GCloud backup and neither are completing to either place. It has been 3 cycles since either has completed successfully. The initial back work on both sites and we have those backups accessible via either channel(FTP or GCloud).
The logs show no transmission attempts to either storage location. The logs also only show errors with files being added to the zips, no termination events at all. Logs can be provided if needed, would rather not post to a public forum as these are client sites.

Please could you send us copy of the backup logs? This can be found in the Existing Backups tab.
