    Hi,

    I have done a misstake on ordering again a licens. My order numbers are

    #349799 and #499345

    I dident think the order #349799 was set to autorenew so I purchased another licens.
    Please can you cancel the order #499345.

    Yes it shows that you have an active Subscription #349799 which is set to auto-renew on February 15, 2020.

    Just include this forum #499372 in your email.
