I have several sites using the same license for Updraft Premium. I am running into issues trying to activate/update the premium add-ons to a new site I just installed Updraft to. The error message reads “Claim not granted – perhaps you have already used this purchase somewhere else, or your paid period for downloading from updraftplus.com has expired?”
Also, when reviewing which sites are licensed in my account, I see a site that I do not own or control listed under my licenses. Can you “blow out” all licenses tied to my premium subscription and allow me to go in and “re-register” all of my sites?
