Cannot Connect to Updraft Plus

    Hi there, I just purchased storage on Updraft Plus but my website cannot connect.

    When I enter my username and password on the settings page, and click Connect, it thinks about things about about a minute, and then nothing. There’s no error message, but no confirmation message either. The “connecting” button reverts back to “connect.”

    I’ve tried saving after this non-event but then UpdraftPlus just gives an error – UpdraftPlus Vault has been chosen for remote storage, but you are not currently connected. Go to the remote storage settings in order to connect.

    But when I go back to the settings page…enter my account email and password – again, nothing, no error message, but no success either.

    Help!

    Hi,

    Please could you open your browser’s developer console (instructions here), and attempt to connect again?

    Do any errors appear in the console? Could you send us a screenshot?
    You can use an online service such as https://snag.gy/ to post the screenshot

    Hi,

    It appears that the connection is being blocked by CloudFlare.
    Please could you check the IP address of your website (this should be available through your hosting control panel), and enter it into the following form:
    https://updraftplus.com/unblock-ip-address/
