Hello,
Please can someone help with this?
I am trying to set up UpdraftPlus on my site, but can only access the ‘Current status’ tab. Clicking on the other tabs (Existing backups, Settings, Advanced Tools, and Premium / Extensions) does nothing.
All other plugins are disabled, and I am using the standard Twentyseventeen theme, so it wouldn’t appear to be a conflicting theme/plugin.
Best,
Neal

Please can you try to re-install the plugin and download a fresh copy of the plugin from our install guide here – https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/
Do you still get the same issue?
Kind Regards,
BryleJanuary 29, 2018 at 12:15 pm #258073webmaster279ParticipantHi Bryle,
I have just re-installed the plugin as you suggest. The issue is still there.
I should also say I’ve tried on Windows and Mac, and Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari browsers.
Best,
Neal

Please could you open your browser’s developer tools (CTRL+SHIFT+J or F12 in most browsers), and open the ‘console’ tab?
Then, reload the UpdraftPlus settings page and attempt to open the Settings tab.
A number of error and warning messages should be output to the developer console. Please could you send us a copy of those messages?Best Wishes,

Thank you.
It appears that UpdraftPlus is not able to load a number of required scripts.
Please could you access your site via FTP or hosting filemanager, and check the ‘wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes’ folder?
Is the following file present: ‘updraftplus-admin.min.js’

Yes, that file is in that location.

Please could you try accessing the page using a different browser? Does the issue persist?

February 1, 2018 at 9:14 pm #258910udadminKeymasterHi Neal,
If I click on the various links for those scripts, they load into my browser (it shows the JavaScript code, which is the expected result). Does that happen for you, or not?
If it does not happen for you, then the problem apparently exists somewhere on your network or with your ISP (i.e. it is localised, which is why I can load them, but you can’t). Alternatively, if it does not happen for you, then it is likely that there is something on the webserver, or on your network, which considers that something suspicious is being done, and terminates the requests for those files. To work out whether it’s webserver or network, try using a different device and different network – e.g. mobile over the mobile network. If it happens on all combinations, then it’s the webserver, and you should show the log to your web hosting company, and ask them why the webserver is refusing to deliver those files.
