cannot seem to get the addons

i see this message

previous to that step it said
You are presently connected to an UpdraftPlus.Com account.
If you bought new add-ons, then follow this link to refresh your connection. Note that after you have claimed your add-ons, you can remove your password (but not the email address) from the settings below, without affecting this site’s access to updates.
what am i doing wrong?

Hi,

It appears that you have already used up all your licences. Can you check your assigned site list and see if there is any site you want to remove or no longer exists?
