    HELP!! Order #249822 (placed today – 12/16/2017)

    I initially purchased UpdraftPro PREMIUM personal over a year ago. I let it expire.

    This morning I purchased Updraft Pro PREMIUM BUSINESS. I did not find or use an ‘upgrade discount’ link – unfortunately THAT was not easily found until AFTER purchase.

    But ok… I just want to get it up and running and get to work. So…

    Before installing the new zip file, I deleted the original Premium Personal version.

    I’ve now been trying to get through Step 4 of getting this activated and working on my site and I’m HUNG … I click the link to refresh my site, but there is NO ‘activate’ link to start claiming my addons, nothing.

    I can NOT get rid of the message at top of page that says my license has expired and I no longer get updates.

    I’m stuck in a circle jerk and this should NOT be as difficult and time consuming as it is.

    I fear that my OLD license keys and possibly my site are HUNG in the UpDraftPlus verification process and I will be lost there forever. PLEASE HELP.

    I have renewed and I have tried a million times to install this plugin and it is not backing my site up successfully. I continue to receive this msg and don’t know what else to do. my site is sallyhoffmandesigns.com

    Please could you connect your site to your account again? You should now be able to activate the addons.

    I have renewed my license for an add-on, but I am still receiving the following error at the top of the plugins page:

    Your paid access to UpdraftPlus updates for this site has expired. You will no longer receive updates to UpdraftPlus. To regain access to updates (including future features and compatibility with future WordPress releases) and support, please renew.

    Also, Updraft Plus is no longer showing a dozen backups I was maintaining from 2017.

    For the missing backup set issue, please could you open a new thread or support ticket, and send us a copy of the latest backup log?

    Thank you for your prompt response. Although I did not manually request deletion, something must have gone wrong because they have been deleted. I think my only option is to ask if Amazon has a process for restoring deleted files.

    From our records, the licenses on your account are correct.

    Please could you try following the ‘refresh the connection to your account’ link at the top of the Premium/Extensions tab?

    Hello,
    same problem here. I am still getting the warning although I purchased a new license.

    I have followed the instructions on https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/

    Am I still stuck on my old expired license? I would like to use my new license for https://whatsoftwarecando.org (same as the expired old one).
