Can't get into settings

I can no longer

The plugnin is doing updates but I need to get into the settings tab to adjust some things. Whenever I click on settings, or any other button the page does not change but only the URL string at the top does “wp-admin/options-general.php?page=updraftplus#updraft-navtab-settings-content”

I’ve tried to delete the plugin from wordpress and FTP, install again but the same settings and database info is already there.

I saw this page on how to wipe the settings but the problem is I can’t get into that page to begin with – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/does-updraftplus-delete-all-its-settings-when-it-is-de-installed/

Please let me know how else I can wipe every setting / database / file clean and then install again to fix this issue.

Hi,

Can you try to temporarily deactivate the other plugins on your site? There could be conflict between UpdraftPlus and the plugins you are using.
Also try using a different browser and see if it helps.
