Can't Migrate using Premium

Hi, I’ve just bought and paid for the Premium version (with 10 sites) – my username is [email protected]

I’ve updated the plugin (uploaded rom your premium download link) but when I tick the Database checkbox, instead of getting the option to migrate the database, I get the standard message instead, which is:

You can search and replace your database with the Migrator add-on – follow this link…

Even when I follow the link, it just takes me to the update core page so I can’t restore my site.

Please help.

Hi Kevin,

Can you ensure you properly installed UpdraftPlus Premium on your site?
Please re-install plugin and make sure to download fresh copy of the plugin from our install guide here: https://updraftplus.com/support/installing-updraftplus-premium-your-add-on/
