Can’t Release license

    Hello,

    I had a renewal of Updraft Plus that expired. I renewed within 24 hours. It is showing that all of my licenses are being used (10) but some of these are old websites that I no longer have access to. How do I remove these websites in order to recycle the licenses please?

    Hi,

    Please see FAQ how you can reset the license in the future – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/how-can-i-release-re-cycle-a-licence/.
    However, if you are no longer able to do it, then you just need to let us know the site/s, so we can do it on our end.
