Can't sign into clone

All of a sudden I am unable to sign into my clone using either Safari or Chrome. Safari says unable to open page, cannot establish a secure connection. Chrome says: This site can’t be reached vplqd99z7fz.c.updraftclone.com unexpectedly closed the connection.
I still have 2 tokens left. Can I get another link? Why won’t this connect? Thanks.

Hi,

Sorry about this – there was a load issue on this clone that was due to an issue in the clone base image. We fixed this issue 4 weeks ago on the clone base image, but your clone was created before that fix – i.e. used an older image. I’ve now manually fixed the issue on your clone so it cannot happen again. You can now proceed as before!
